Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Manchester VIP Chauffeurs LTD, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while accounting for the allocation of our professional chauffeurs and exclusive vehicles.

To cancel a booking, you must contact us directly via email at contact@manchestervip.co.uk or by phone at +44 161 123 4567 with your booking reference number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice from the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. This is because the vehicle and chauffeur have been exclusively reserved for you and cannot be reallocated at such short notice.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, such as severe traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather conditions, or incorrect booking details provided by the client. However, we will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
